On November 24, 2026, the MSK-IX Peering Forum will be held in Moscow — a meeting of telecom operators, TV channels, rights holders, online platforms, and technology providers.

The focus of discussion will be the distribution of TV channels and video content, the development of video services, advertising monetization, network resilience, and interaction among participants in the telecom and media market.

The forum combines a business program, an exhibition area, and a space for negotiations. Participants will be able to present their products, discuss cooperation with operators and platforms, find technology partners, and meet with colleagues.

Business Program and Meetings

The forum brings together three spaces: the “Infrastructure” Hall, the “Video Stream” Hall, and a common hall with an exhibition, demonstration zones, and negotiation tables. A forum app is provided for organizing meetings.

“Video Stream” is dedicated to the delivery of TV channels, the development of video platforms, content monetization, video production, copyright, and practical cases from media companies. Among the announced topics are FAST TV, video delivery technologies, the resilience of media services, media market regulation, and the use of AI in the media business.
