๐ค Yandex to share "Alisa" with Beeline
The companies have announced a strategic partnership under which Beeline customers will receive set-top boxes powered by the YaOS operating system. The standout feature is the integrated "Alisa" voice assistant, which transforms the television into a central hub for smart home management.
The voice assistant does more than just find movies or switch channels; it can assist with ordering a taxi or answering general inquiries. The YaOS interface operates on a “single window” principle, consolidating streaming services, apps, and sports into a unified digital space.
The pilot project is launching in Volgograd, Kostroma, and Oryol. The offer is available to users on convergent plans (mobile + internet + TV).
For Beeline, this represents a move toward creating a seamless digital environment, while for Yandex, it marks an expansion of the YaOS ecosystem, which has been in development for over five years.
