πŸ’Ά HBO Max and Max Raise Subscription Prices in Europe

Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) has announced price hikes for its streaming services, HBO Max and Max, across several European countries.

This move is intended to align subscription costs with other global platforms.

Country-Specific Changes:
πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ Spain:
Prices will increase by approximately 10% starting October 23. The Standard (ad-free) plan will rise from €9.99 to €10.99 per month, and the annual subscription will go from €99 to €109. Account-sharing restrictions will also be tightened.

πŸ‡³πŸ‡± Netherlands:
New rates take effect starting November 6, 2025. The Premium plan will increase from €14 to €17, and the Standard plan from €10 to €12 per month.

πŸ‡΅πŸ‡± Poland:
New indicative prices were introduced on February 4, 2025: Basic (with ads) – 30 PLN, Standard – 40 PLN, Premium – 50 PLN.

The price increases are driven by rising production and rights costs. WBD forecasts further tariff adjustments as the rebranded Max service launches in new countries in 2026 (including Germany and France).
