📡 SES Reports After Merger with Intelsat

The satellite communications operator SES has published its first financial results, which include revenues from Intelsat (the deal closed on July 17, 2025).

Total combined revenue for the first 9 months of 2025 amounted to €1.74 billion (+19.8% year-on-year), with adjusted EBITDA reaching €849 million (+11%).

The Networks division showed growth of 36.3%, while revenues from Media Services remained largely unchanged (+0.7%).

The new O3b mPOWER #9 and #10 satellites have been successfully launched. They are expected to become operational in 2026, which will increase network capacity.

Thanks to Intelsat, SES’s aviation business has significantly expanded and now serves over 3,000 aircraft.

Adel Al-Saleh, CEO of SES, stated that the newly combined company has become a “truly global multi-orbit operator” with great potential for growth and resilience.
