▶️ Nordic Streaming Market on the Rise

According to a Mediavision study, the TV and streaming market in Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland) is expected to reach €10.7 billion in 2025, showing a 2% increase compared to 2024.

Traditional TV revenues are declining by 6%, while streaming services are growing by 12%, fully offsetting the drop.

Nearly 70% of people aged 15–74 in the region watch online video daily. Consumption is increasing across all age groups. Among those aged 65–74, around half watch online video every day — up 15% from 2024.

Younger audiences are consuming more video on social media, while older viewers prefer local streaming services and public broadcaster content.

Experts note that the market is evolving in several directions at once, increasing both competition and complexity.
