π Apple TV Adds Google Cast Support
Apple has announced a major update to the Apple TV app for users outside the Apple ecosystem. The Android app now officially supports Google Cast.
This update allows subscribers to the Apple TV+ streaming service to cast content directly from an Android smartphone to a TV.
Users can now easily stream popular series such as Severance, The Morning Show, and Slow Horses, as well as movies and live sports, on the big screen.
To start casting, users simply need to tap the play button on their smartphone and then tap the Google Cast icon.
