๐ญ Wink Box Mini Now "Made in Russia"
The Kaliningrad-based "CTC" factory (part of GS Group) has started assembling Wink Box Mini TV set-top boxes for Rostelecom. Previously, these devices were exclusively produced in China.
The contract implies the production of 70,000 units. The first batch of 20,000 units will be delivered to the client in January.
At the Gusev facilities, the set-top boxes are being assembled at a rate of 150 units per hour.
Earlier, CTC also produced millions of set-top boxes for Tricolor and devices for Sber.
Wink Box Mini specifications: quad-core processor, 2 GB RAM, and 16 GB of storage.
The CEO of CTC, Dmitry Fomichev, emphasized that relocating the assembly to Russia is an important step in the localization of electronics, allowing better control over quality and logistics within the country.
