🐭 Disney+ Is Turning into TikTok

At CES 2026, Disney announced a radical update to its streaming service. Over the course of 2026, Disney+ will introduce a feed of short vertical videos in the style of TikTok and Reels.

What will change for users:

🔸 Users will be able to scroll through an endless video feed directly within the app;
🔸 The feed will feature both exclusive short-form content and the best clips from Marvel films, Star Wars, and the studio’s animated movies.

Disney aims to become an “everyday” service for younger audiences, adapting to the habit of consuming content on the go without waiting for major premieres.

Netflix has previously begun testing similar features, and the success of vertical video in the ESPN app has confirmed the viability of the format.

Disney will announce the exact launch date later.
