🏆 TikTok and FIFA Become Partners
FIFA has named TikTok its first-ever “priority platform” for coverage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The partnership is aimed at engaging younger audiences and women, turning the social network into the tournament’s main digital hub.
Selected TikTok creators will receive behind-the-scenes access to training sessions and press conferences, showing the World Cup through the eyes of fans.
Official media partners will be able to stream match highlights and publish exclusive compilations of key moments directly on TikTok.
The app will feature a dedicated section with tickets, schedules, filters, and gamified experiences powered by TikTok GamePlan technology.
TikTok will implement a strict policy to protect FIFA’s broadcast rights.
The collaboration is backed by data: TikTok viewers are 42% more likely to watch full matches after viewing short clips. World Cup 2026 is set to become the most “digital” tournament in sports history.
