🏓 "Marty Supreme" Delivers A24 New Box Office Record

The sports drama Marty Supreme starring Timothée Chalamet has officially surpassed $100 million in worldwide box office earnings. The project becomes just the fourth film in A24’s history to reach this milestone, joining the ranks of hits Everything Everywhere All At Once, The Fall of the Empire, and Materialists.

In the US alone, the film has earned $80.8 million, becoming the studio’s highest-grossing domestic release. Success came not just from Chalamet’s charisma and word-of-mouth, but also from a powerful awards season: the actor already won a Golden Globe and Critics Choice, with Oscar nominations expected this week.

Despite blockbuster status, the $70 million film hasn’t turned a profit yet (accounting for theater splits). However, for the arthouse industry, this is a triumph: Marty Supreme and Materialists are the only indie films of 2025 to conquer the $100 million mark.
