Another step toward cultural rapprochement between the two countries was taken in St. Petersburg: Gazprom-Media Holding and China's International Professional Development Alliance (IPDA) signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The document was signed by GPM CEO Alexander Zharov and IPDA Executive Chairman and Secretary General Li Yu.
