π¨π³ GPM and IPDA Sign Media Alliance
Another step toward cultural rapprochement between the two countries was taken in St. Petersburg: Gazprom-Media Holding and China's International Professional Development Alliance (IPDA) signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The document was signed by GPM CEO Alexander Zharov and IPDA Executive Chairman and Secretary General Li Yu.
What this partnership will bring:
π joint content creation and intellectual property projects;
π launch of unique cultural-tourist routes and educational programs between Russian and Chinese regions;
π organization of international forums, festivals, and business exchanges to strengthen trade-economic ties.
Alexander Zharov emphasized that the agreement will serve as a roadmap for building a new cultural space uniting the technological resources of both countries. The Chinese delegation’s visit confirmed the commitment to long-term strategic synergy.
