π TV Advertising Shows Steady Growth
The agency "Rodnaya Rech" (RoRe) has updated its forecast for the Russian advertising market in 2025. Overall growth is expected to reach 24% (including retail media); however, without this segment, it will slow down to 14%.
Breakdown by segment:
π Digital remains the leader with 27.5% growth (including retail media).
π TV advertising shows steady growth of 13%, while its inventory is being redistributed between categories: the financial sector now accounts for 23%, and retail’s share has decreased to 25%.
π Out-of-home (OOH) advertising has slowed its growth rate to 13.5%.
π Audio advertising and print media remain in the “red” zone, declining by 2.5% and 10% respectively.
Experts note that the slowdown in market growth is linked to the cooling economy and reduced activity among small and medium-sized businesses.
