🛰 Broadcast outage at 56°E

Satellite TV subscribers are experiencing widespread signal issues due to a technical failure on the Express-AT1 satellite at the 56°E orbital position.

The problem has already been reported by “Perviy TVCh” and confirmed by other broadcasters, including Bollywood HD.

Tricolor and NTV-Plus are aware of the situation and are asking subscribers not to change their settings: if you see “No signal” or “Error 0” on screen, you should simply wait for service to be restored.

Specialists, together with the state-owned Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC), are working to identify the cause, but no exact timeline for fixing the outage has been given yet. The issue is technical in nature, and engineers are doing everything possible to bring the picture back to screens as soon as they can.

Broadcasters are being advised to quickly switch reception to the 36°E orbital position where equipment permits.

And our advice: move to Medialogistika’s terrestrial TV delivery service, where the entire infrastructure is robustly backed up and operates without interruptions.
