📊 MTS Media flips the switch

The MTS Media holding has been officially rebranded as ON Media.

Media highlights for 2025:

• Media holding revenue for Q4 rose 19.2%, reaching 8.5 billion rubles.
• The number of paid TV subscribers (satellite, cable, IPTV and OTT) hit 16.3 million (+7.7% year-on-year).
• Kion OTT platform users grew 7.4% over the year.

Group financial results for 2025:

• Revenue: surpassed the historic 800 billion ruble threshold for the first time, at 807.2 billion rubles (+14.7%).
• OIBDA: neared 280 billion rubles (279.7 billion rubles, +13.5%).
• Net profit: Q4 showed 15.5x growth to 21.5 billion rubles.

Non-telecom businesses (media, fintech, advertising) accounted for 42% of Group revenue and continue growing faster than the core telecom segment.
