Pay-TV operator Tricolor has announced a major expansion of its satellite infrastructure, beginning broadcasts from a new orbital position at 75°E under the “Tricolor Federal” project.
The move is a rapid response to the recent malfunction on the Express-AT1 satellite. The new platform will allow Tricolor to cover almost the entire territory of Russia from a single spacecraft, ensuring maximum signal stability.
