📺 From the Caucasus Mountains to the Urals: Medialogistika expands the reach of regional TV channels
The terrestrial TV signal delivery platform Medialogistika has added two regional TV channels to its lineup: the unique ethno‑music channel Illi and Yekaterinburg’s Chetverty Kanal Plyus (Fourth Channel Plus).
Heroic epics and the cultural code of the North Caucasus
Illi (Ingushetia) is the first project in Russia fully dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich Vainakh culture. The name “Illi” is deeply symbolic: in Chechen and Ingush tradition, it denotes a genre of heroic epic songs.
The channel’s schedule offers a unique blend of music, folklore and traditions not only of the Vainakh peoples but also of other ethnic groups of the North Caucasus. For operators, Illi is a strategically important asset that helps meet the demand for high‑quality national content and attract a loyal audience that values its roots and cultural identity.
A quality mark for Ural television
The addition of Chetverty Kanal Plyus to the Medialogistika portfolio opens access to content from one of the most acclaimed regional broadcasters in the country. As the first non‑state TV company in Yekaterinburg, on air since 1991, it has long been considered a benchmark of professionalism.
The company’s track record includes more than 20 TEFI‑Region awards and the status of a mandatory municipal free‑to‑air channel (“button 22”). Chetverty Kanal Plyus combines fast‑paced news coverage, in‑depth analysis and distinctive auteur projects, which are now becoming more accessible to cable networks across Russia.
Tools for operators
Medialogistika continues to pursue a strategy of offering the widest possible selection of high‑quality content through a single‑window model. Integration of new channels into operators’ lineups is carried out as quickly as possible.
Cable TV operators can already apply to receive Illi and Chetverty Kanal Plyus signals. The application process is available in the user account on the Mediabaza platform.
