🎤 Preliminary programme for Muse 2026 announced

The Rosteleset Association has unveiled details of the Muse forum, which will be held on 23–24 April. The industry is preparing to discuss survival and development under tough regulation and growing cyberthreats.

Key topics of Day One:

Regulation: experts from the Ministry of Digital Development, the FSB and FSTEC will explain how to work with critical information infrastructure (CII) and comply with new infrastructure protection requirements.

Security and AI: case studies on countering cyberattacks and the first real-world AI implementations at regional ISPs.

Technology: SORM, MVNO development and current server hardware.

Day Two – strategy and law:

Battle for utility poles: lawyers will analyse the outcome of “wars” over placing fibre‑optic lines on power pylons and disputes with property management companies.

Economics: how to increase ARPU in a stagnant market and turn an ISP into a digital ecosystem using BI analytics and smart home systems.

Business protection: a session on personal liability and criminal‑law risks for directors and founders in 2026.
