▶️ TVP Outperforms Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery
Polish media company TVP (Telewizja Polska) is showing impressive results: in August, its mobile VoD application took the lead in average viewing time per user. According to Mediapanel, users spent an average of 6 hours and 7 minutes in the app, surpassing even giants like Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery's Player.
The vod.tvp.pl website also showed excellent results, ranking second in the number of views, second only to Netflix. In the live broadcast category, the TVP Info news channels were the most popular, attracting 58% of all viewers.
Over the past year, the TVP VoD service increased its number of user visits by 13%, and the number of views by 17%. The number of content plays also grew by 26%. In August, TVP Info’s content on YouTube garnered 14 million views, an 82% increase compared to July 2025.
