Over the March 13–15 weekend, the film surpassed 13 million admissions, holding the top spot for a sixth consecutive week with an impressive 76% revenue share.

Weekend highlights:

Leader: The King’s Warden has now grossed $86.8 million. The story of a village head protecting a deposed young king in the 15th century has propelled it into the ranks of South Korea’s highest-grossing films ever.

Silver: Pixar’s Hoppers holds second place with a cumulative $3.5 million.

New entry: Horror film Samakdo, about an occult mystery from the Japanese colonial era, debuted in third.

Comeback: Brad Pitt’s racing drama F1 re-entered the top five after a rerelease, bringing its Korean total to $37.1 million.
