💰 Disney+ Raises Prices Again
The streaming service Disney+ has announced a new subscription price increase. This marks the fourth price hike in four years.
Starting September 30th in the UK, the annual subscription for the Standard plan will increase by £10 to £99.90.
In the US, starting October 21st, the price of the ad-supported plan will rise by $2 to $11.99 per month. The premium ad-free plan will increase by $3 to $18.99 per month, and the annual premium subscription will now cost $189.99 (a $30 increase). The price hikes will also affect bundles with Hulu, ESPN+, and HBO Max.
Although not officially announced yet, similar price increases are expected to roll out to other international markets in the coming weeks. Disney+ currently has approximately 127.8 million subscribers worldwide.
